Create a Twitter Widget for your Website
July 3, 2010 – 8:00 am |Go to http://twitter.com/goodies/widgets. Make sure you’re logged in to your Twitter account and click on ‘My Website’
You’ll then need to decide which Twitter Widget you’d like from the list. You may have different needs but for tjkimberly.com I used the ‘Profile Widget’.
Then you can customize your widget’s colors and appearance using the menu’s on the left. When you’re done click ‘Finish & Grab Code’
Copy the Code from the box shown.
Inserting the Widget into your Website:
Log in to your WordPress and go to your Widgets page (under Appearance).
Scroll Down and Drag & Drop a ‘Text’ widget over to the sidebar on the right.
Now Look at your homepage to enjoy your handiwork!
