Widgets: Adding a Widget

To add a widget all you have to do is go to your widgets admin page and drag one of the available widgets into one of the available locations. Each of the available locations are on the right side with a grey background and are directly associated with the sidebars of your site. If you have multiple sidebars, you will have multiple places to put your widgets. You can even drag the widgets inside the sidebar areas around to change their order.
